A native of Memphis, TN, Dr. Casiday resides in Concord, NC. He is a graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK, where he met his wife, Marie. He received his Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and his Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. His doctoral thesis was: Developing a Healthy Prayer Life.

Dr. Casiday was trained as an Intentional Interim Minister and served two congregations in the ELCA as an Intentional Interim Pastor. He is a retired UCC pastor and has served 39 years in ministry. He has also served as a past president of the WNCA. He is a Registered Parliamentarian and has served as the parliamentarian of the SOC, the WNCA, and the Southeastern Synod of the ELCA. And he has also helped churches revise their Constitution and Bylaws.

Dr. and Mrs. Casiday celebrated their 50 th Wedding Anniversary in 2020. They have one son and two granddaughters. Dr. Casiday’s Life Purpose is: “To communicate through the written and spoken word the life-changing truths of the Gospel of Christ in ways that Challenge, Inspire, and Motivate others to follow Jesus Christ in their lives and lifestyles.”
